Criteria
An alpine or mountaineering school that bears the seal of quality of the Austrian Alpine Schools meets all the criteria for every sports and mountain tour to be an unforgettable experience.
The following applies:
- The safety of a tour/course is paramount.
- Each tour/course is led by a qualified guide.
- The training of the guide corresponds to the sport offered in the course (for example: canyoning, gorge guide, mountain guide, hiking guide, etc.)
- The goal is the successful completion of the tour/course for the participants.
In Addition:
- The alpine or mountaineering school can be reached all year round, so that you can receive personal, professionally competent information about courses and tours and register at any time (during normal business hours in Austria).
- The alpine and mountaineering school strives to provide service:
- You will receive competent advice on equipment issues
- Rental or brokerage of sports equipment
- Arrival and meeting point information
- organization of insurance
- Organization of transfers etc.
- Organization of parking spaces during a course week
