Requirement: Safe archery in deep snow, fitness for walking times of three to five hours, some mountain experience is an advantage for advanced skiers.

Snowshoeing

Get to know the beauty of the wintry Alps even as a non-skier. The comfortable snowshoes prevent deep sinking and enable you to move forward quickly. The walking technique can be learned quickly.

avalanche seminars

For ski tourers and deep snow skiers who like it safer and want to learn new things, the avalanche seminars, which are usually held over one or two days.
Modern snow and avalanche knowledge for risk assessment, reading snow profiles, sliding wedge tests, first aid, search methods, use of probes, digital buried victim search devices, advantages and disadvantages of the airbag system, avalance ball etc. are explained and demonstrated.

Ski touring trips

The ski touring trips, organized by the alpine schools, not only take you to all regions of the Alps, but also everywhere where there are fantastic powder snow slopes. Alaska, Norway and Abruzzo are just as much on the routes as Monte Rosa or California.
