Hannes Gasser, gifted mountain pioneer, committed expedition leader, creative photographer and nature lover, founded the AlpinSchule Innsbruck (ASI) in 1963. From small beginnings in the local Alps, a globally operating company developed. Today the ASI is active in over 70 countries worldwide, over 200 mountain and hiking guides look after over 20.000 mountain lovers from all over the German-speaking area every year. The trips range from leisurely walks in the Canary Islands to adventure trips in Asia and South America to training programs in the Alps. True to the motto "Welcome on the road", the travel experts from ASI Reisen invite you to discover the world. 
 

From 2016, the Innsbruck Alpine School will be offering an even wider range of Alpine training courses and tours in its own Alpine catalog. With state-certified mountain and ski guides, state-of-the-art training content and documents, top equipment and video tutorials.
